A young artist from Malta with a truly European touch to illustration. Her work reminds me of Tim Burton with the color usage of the movie What Dreams May Come and then occasionally add an adult theme twist. I think her work intrigues me because its so different than what I'm used to seeing from American artists. It just has a certain oddity to it, but a lot of it is eye appealing and thoughtfully considered.
I especially like her use of color with flesh tones and the depth she adds with the underlying blues and greens and then the fleshy colors laid overtop. She also does a type of digital collage which I also find very interesting.
