Well, I must say I'm incredibly happy to have the artwork completed for this play. I was really wanting to audition for the darn thing though. But it just isn't feasible for me right now. I'm really feeling a lot of pressure with everything I have going on with work and now my classes are starting.
Originally I was going to take 6 credit hours this semester. And I decided against it. I have myself spread pretty thinly right now with trying to train people at work, and then trying to get prepared for my art class. I really want to focus my energy on my art this semester. But I also have to be able to devote time to my kids.
However, I've been asked to submit some artwork for ICON magazine. So that's another thing that I'm going to be working on this weekend. It doesn't necessarily mean I'll be in the next issue, but its nice to be asked to submit.
