Can it be over now?

This has been the worst weekend EVER! But Allyson, it's Wednesday, you say? Yes my weekend has spilled over into the week. Friday my 1 year old son got a stomach virus or flu or something. And threw up about 20 times. Then my husband caught it, around noon. On Saturday at 1:30 I got it. We finally were starting to get over that and feel better, and at 1:30 in the morning on Sunday we got a call from Thom's mom that she needed to go to the emergency room because she was having bad abdominal pain.
Turns out she had a hernia. So then we thought ok, we're finally starting to get back to normal again. And last night both Leonard and my 6 year old daughter Riley started throwing up. Riley had finally caught what the rest of us had. As for Leonard I think he's just not ready to have dairy yet and it curdled in his stomach.
Today they seem to be doing much better. But I kept them home anyhow. And I too am staying home from work. I know it was just Christmas and all but I think I'm ready for a vacation. Sigh.
