Move Over Elmo here comes Woody and Buzz

So, today was my son's 2nd birthday. We really had a blas with family. I had been planning on getting Elmo things for his room which we redid into a "big boy" room. Got rid of the crib and bought a toddler bed, got him a table and chairs, and set up his room so nothing is no. However, I had a hell of a time trying to find things that were sesame street or Elmo. All I could find was Toy Story. So he got a toy story toddler bed and matching table and chairs. He's seen the movies but he's not quite as interested in them yet as he is Elmo. But I figure over time he will probably grow more into Toy Story. So what the heck.
I did make him an Elmo cake though, which he thought was cool, and everyone told me it tasted and looked really cute. So all in all I'd say this birthday was a success.
Now all I have to do is prepare for Christmas next week, and then it will be time to get ready for Riley's birthday party since her birthday is during the first week of January. Shees.
It's alright though, the festivities are fun.
