The last two nights

So the last two nights have been a lot of fun. I actually got to go out two nights in a row like an adult! I can't tell you how long its been since I've been able to do that. The only thing that's been kind of bittersweet about that is that on the first night Tim wasn't able to go, and on the second night Thom wasn't able to go.
Tim made a very good point last night which is the fact that its been a very long time since we've all gotten to spend time together at once. The other thing that I wish I would have considered was taking some pictures! But I didn't bring my camera on either night.
I also probably drank more alcohol in the last two night than I have altogether in my entire life. And that's really not saying much. I had 2 and half shots a few sips of beer the first night. Last night I had 4 or 5 cranberry vodka things, a black velvet and some of Heather's beer. I don't really like beer.
And for those of you wondering. No I do not have a hangover. I actually feel pretty good. And I slept better the last two nights than I have in months. Which I find kind of funny. Ha ha.
Other things that were good for the first time I actually felt good about myself and the way I look. It didn't happen at first. It took Thom and Coy telling Heather and me about the guys that were looking us over for it to begin to sink in. Tim's compliments the next night also helped out a bit.
I'm a bit sad that its over now, and everyone's going to be leaving. And I feel like I should have done better good byes. Hugged them longer. Kissed them on their cheeks. I love my friends. And I'm so glad that they're a part of my life. I wish they were closer to home. But in a few weeks Tim will be back for Christmas. But I'm a little nervous because he'll have his girlfriend and her daughter with him. Thom and I haven't gotten to meet them yet. And I'm every bit as nervous about us liking her as I am her liking us.
Well, I guess I've done enough babbling for one post. I hope you had a great Thanksgiving, and a great weekend.
Love Always,
Allyson
