Lenny's Surprise

So, today I noticed Lenny kept making this weird face. I had never seen him make it before. And now that I'm doing this blog I really wish I would have snapped a picture. But basically he kept pushing his mouth and jaw together really really tightly and it made his lips kind of pop out like a duck. And I kept going what in the world are you doing Lenny. And then we went on with our normal morning business and he was all smiles again.
Later that day he was being a little fussy, and he had already eaten, and decided that he didn't want a nap so I let him chomp on my finger like I usually do only this time it hurt more than normal. So then I put my finger in and touched his upper gums and then his lower gums, and lo and behold! a tooth!!!!
Yay!!!! It's not all the way out yet, but it's about half way out. I would attempt to take a picture of that except that he keeps putting his tongue in the way. So I guess you'll just have to wait till i can catch it. I'm very excited considering Riley made me wait for her first tooth until she was 13 months old! Lenny is a little over 7 months now.
Have a great weekend everyone. I'm going to see the King and I tonight at KSU Trumbull Theatre. It's at 8 o'clock and from what I understand they've been selling out or almost selling out a lot of their shows.
