A Christmas Carol is coming to Kent State Trumbull Theatre!!! I'm excited about this one because I downloaded some new fonts to use, and these turned out to be pretty nice! Let me know what you think, please. :)

I also had to do a T-shirt design for the Laramie Project. In a way I kind of wish I would have done this design for the display, it would have been a lot less time consuming for me in the end. Ha ha!!!

The Laramie Project is another production coming to Kent State University Trumbull Theatre this October. This one however, is actually the sequel. If you don't know about the Laramie Project, it's the story about a young man named Matthew Shepherd who was assaulted and tied to a fence and left to die. The sequel looks at the town and its inhabitants ten years later. There's a lot of talk about the town trying not to be defined by the crime that made it popular.

At any rate, my art looks at the idea that the fence was removed and afterward there was no place for people to go and mourn.

This was a commission that I did for my friend. I don't think the scan looks as good as the original, but here it is anyways. He was quite happy with it which makes me happy. :)

Don’t keep me awake
Rest for just a minute
Because you might dream

Sleep for me
Don’t cry tonight
I want to see your lids tremble
As visions dance behind them

Sleep for me
Sweet baby child
Tonight we’ll dream
Of only the good things
