Lenny update

So, I made a new discovery today. While giving Lenny his crackers today I not only felt little sharp bitey things on the bottom of his mouth but also on the top of his mouth. I thought surely I was mistaken.
But then later in the day when Lenny was laughing there they were. Two white lines breaking through his upper gums. Two more teeth! Good heavens. And as with the other two teeth he did a bit of crying tonight. But I think I have figured it out a little bit. After Thom and I got home from the movies we went to Grandma's to pick up Lenny (Riley wanted to stay the night) and we took Lenny home. I changed his diaper. Wrapped him up in a blanket. Put vix on his back. Gave him tylenol. And even though you aren't supposed to, I laid him down with a bottle. So he has all of the things he needs for comfort without me having to rock him all night long.
Once he has fallen asleep I'll go in and get the bottle back from him and pray it doesn't wake him. Ha ha.
I'm sorry that Lenny had a yucky night, but I'm still glad that Thom and I got to go out and have a date night. Those nights are few and far in between and i cherish them when I can get them.
Hope you guys are having a great weekend. School is ever approaching. Man oh man.
